Development of Computer-Based Training for their LMS
The Company was rapidly expanding its operations and needed to ensure new staff was trained on critical company policies like risk management, credit policies, etc. We assisted with the conversion of the training materials to gamified training content that they loaded unto their internal Learning Management System (LMS).

Development and Rollout of Standardized Online Pre-employment tests
One of the issues identified by the company was that recruitment was not standardized negatively impacting the quality of its hires. The Company wanted to revamp its recruitment process to ensure the applicants were assessed based on the required skills for the role leveraging on technology to ensure the process was objective and seamless. We redesigned the recruitment process for its cook and, cashiers and set up an online recruitment process which helped to improve quality of hires, and save hiring time and cost.

Development and Rollout of Online Coaching Training for Management Team
A retail bank in Africa identified the need to strengthen its management team across Africa to support its strategic objectives through rollout of Coaching training. We assisted with the design of its online Coaching program for over 1000+ Managers which also included half day role play sessions.

Gamification of the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Core Values
A financial services organization with locations across Africa was looking for an innovative way to recommunicate in vision, mission, and core values to its staff across locations. We implemented an online Inter-House Game quiz where staff were put in different houses and answered questions related to the vision, mission, and core values to earn points and badges for their house.
